Abstract

Abstract. The article presents an analysis of the problems and trends in the development of agricultural production during the period of anti-Russian sanctions. A significant lag has been established in the share of the region's provision of basic food products from the targets of the Doctrine of Food Security of the Russian Federation, approved in January 2020. The leading position of the Primorsky Territory in the agricultural production index in the Far Eastern Federal District was determined along with the Amur Region and the Jewish Autonomous Region. Positive trends in agricultural exports to East Asian countries are shown, mainly to the People's Republic of China. The main reason for restraining further growth in agricultural production was noted – a reduction in foreign supplies to the region of food premixes and additives, agricultural machinery, equipment and components of spare parts from Europe and China with their significant rise in price. A description of the modern policy of state support for enterprises of the agrondustrial.
